Lake Granbury Waterfront Owners Association

TEAM LGWOA
welcomes you to our website!

We invite you be part of a growing, energetic organization that cares about Lake Granbury. You do not have to be a "waterfront owner" to be part of our group. We are people who care about the water supply for Lake Granbury, the City of Granbury and surrounding Hood County.

We strive for equitable property tax assessments and valuations. We offer workshops for our members and local residents to educate them about avenues available to dispute an assessment and what paper work you need to gather to be successful.

One of our current interests is the quality and quanity of water in our lake. We have held informational meetings with experts on Golden Algae and have given Brazos River Authority the platform to inform residents of their plans for management of our most precious natural resource - the water in our lake.

We look forward to working with people who share our love of our unique waterside community.
TCEQ will be holding hearings in Austin on January 25th at 9:30am regarding the granting of additional water rights requested by BRA.

We will be chartering a bus to take members there in hopes to show support to have commissioners DENY the request.

RSVP as soon as possible to vpres@lgwoa.org if you would like to ride the bus with us. MEMBERS ride free!!
Non-members pay $35 and can pay online by using the donate button and sending RSVP to above address.
